Thank you for shopping at Vivid. We are committed to delivering your body support and everyday comfort products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation is received.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or major promotional periods
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched

Order Cutoff Time

Time Zone: All order cutoff times are based on Pacific Time (PT) – GMT-8, US & Canada. Please note that during Daylight Saving Time (DST), Pacific Time shifts to GMT-7 (PDT). Cutoff times remain at 5:00 PM local Pacific Time regardless of the season.

Example: An order placed on Friday at 6:00 PM Pacific Time will begin processing on the following Monday (if not a U.S. public holiday).

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Contiguous United States 7–13 Business Days
Alaska & Hawaii 20–30 Business Days

 

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days (processing + shipping combined)

Please note:

  • Some products may ship separately if sourced from different warehouse locations
  • If items ship separately, you will receive multiple tracking numbers via email
  • Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than the standard estimate

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations outside the United States

Once your order ships, your tracking number and carrier information will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this window:

  • Your order may already be in processing or dispatched
  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations will be possible
  • Please contact us immediately at info@vivid.com if you need to make any changes

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays or high-volume periods
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • U.S. public holidays
  • Peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas)
  • Supplier or warehouse processing delays

Vivid Relief is not responsible for carrier-related delays. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and locating your shipment. Please contact us if you experience any unexpected delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

You can track your order by:

  • Visiting the carrier's official website and entering your tracking number
  • Using our Track Order page on our website

If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of your shipment confirmation email, please contact us at info@vivid.com and we will investigate immediately.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery atinfo@vivid.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Eligible cases will receive a full replacement or complete resolution at no additional cost to you.


Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted from your refund
