1. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Orders may ship from warehouses within the United States or, in some cases, from international locations depending on product availability.


2. Do you ship across the United States?

Yes. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the product ordered.


3. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.


4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the system.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified.


6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Certain items, such as clearance or hygiene-sensitive products, may be non-returnable.


8. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


9. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.


10. Are your products safe for home use?

Yes. All Vivid Relief products are selected to meet general quality and safety standards for everyday wellness and home use.
Our products are intended for general comfort and wellness support and are not medical devices.


11. Do your products treat or cure medical conditions?

No. Vivid Relief products are designed for general wellness, comfort, and relaxation purposes only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.


12. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing. However, feel free to contact us if you have special requests.
